How do I add allergens?

Allergens can be added to items on OC Enterprise. Once these allergens have been sent to the store level, a report can be generated indicating which items or recipes include allergens. There are some suggested allergens on government websites, a list can be custom built from there.

To Add a New Allergen

1. Select "Setup" and then "Allergens" from the main menu.
2. Click "New Allergen".
3. Enter the name of the new allergen.
4. Click "Save".

The new allergen will be available from the item allergen choices.
