General Ledger
The General Ledger report will show the totals of purchases and sales accounts from a selected date range. This report is useful if an accountant is looking to see how much was spent in purchases or sales based on accounts.
Header | Detail |
Account Name | The name of the account the amounts are applied to. The accounts will be broken down based on type (Income, Cost of Sales, Expense, Asset, or Liability). |
Account Reference | The Accounting Reference is the GL code that is used if integrating with an accounting software. |
Total | The amount that is applied to the account. |
