General Ledger

The General Ledger report will show the totals of purchases and sales accounts from a selected date range. This report is useful if an accountant is looking to see how much was spent in purchases or sales based on accounts.

Header Detail
Account Name The name of the account the amounts are applied to. The accounts will be broken down based on type (Income, Cost of Sales, Expense, Asset, or Liability).
Account Reference The Accounting Reference is the GL code that is used if integrating with an accounting software.
Total The amount that is applied to the account.
