Open Optimum Control 2. When opening the software for the first time, you will be presented with an activation window. 3. This window will check to ensure you have a valid license. This process may take ~20 second to complete. *NOTE:* A license requires a serial number to be entered into the system. ### To Enter a Serial Number: 1. Click "Settings." (upper left corner) 2. Select "Preferences" 3. Select "System" 4. Enter your provided serial number in the first field.
