How do I activate Optimum Control?
Learn how to activate your Optimum Control license.
How to Activate Optimum Control
- Open Optimum Control
- When opening the software for the first time, you will be presented with an activation window.
- This window will check to ensure you have a valid license. This process may take ~20 second to complete.
NOTE: A license requires a serial number to be entered into the system.
To Enter a Serial Number:
- Click "Settings." (upper left corner)
- Select "Preferences"
- Select "System"
- Enter your provided serial number in the first field.

NOTE: Only current subscribers will receive warranty service, customer support, upgrade announcements and news of new products. Customers who purchased through an authorized dealer, please reach out to them directly for proper registration.
NOTE: Please ensure you make a backup of your data. We may not be able to regain data, and you would have to re-enter it.
