How do I add recipe instructions to my preps in OC Enterprise?

You can add recipe instructions to your prep recipe for use in recipe cards, reports, or training. 

How to Add Recipe Instructions to Preps

1. Select "Recipe" from the menu bar.
2. Select "Preps".
3. From the list of preps click to open the prep you wish to add instructions to (or search using the search box provided).
4. Click the "Edit" button located in the upper left corner of the Prep window.
5. Select "Instructions" from the Prep tab bar.
6. Type your instructions as you would any document using the font controls and formatting contained in the recipe tool header (just as you would any text editor).
   
   NOTE: You can import previously written documents from Microsoft Word by clicking the "Browse" button below "Import" Instructions" on the Prep tab bar (.doc and .docx format only).
   
   Once imported, the existing document can be edited. Pictures within the document may not be imported (.jpg format) and will need to be added using the "Import Image" function.
7. Click "Save".
