How do I check the status of my data upload?
The Usage Upload Overview screen on OC Enterprise allows you to quickly check the status of the data that is being uploaded from all of the local stores connected to OC Enterprise.
How to Access the Usage Upload Overview:
- Select "Reports" from the dropdown menu located at the top of the page.
- Select "Upload History" from the list.
- One the page loads, you can filter your results by Store, Upload Type, Upload Status, and Date Range.
- Once all filters have been selected, click "Go" button to displays the results.
