OC Enterprise
How do I confirm my usage upload to OC Enterprise?
By using the Usage Upload function, you'll be able to confirm any uploads of data and manually upload information if necessary.
To View Uploads:
- Click "Settings" (upper left corner)
- Select "Enterprise"
- Choose "Usage Upload"
- Choose the "Usage" (e.g. Daily Sales, etc.)
- Select the "Date Range"
- To choose specific items, check the box beside each item you want.
- Click "Upload"
NOTE: If you are trying to reupload data, ONLY the type you have selected will be loaded. It is best to choose each type from the usage drop-down list (inventory, invoices, etc.) and apply the checkboxes to the dates desired. Click "Upload". The data will now be available online for reporting.
To Review and Correct Upload Errors:
These errors are indicated by a red "X" at the top right of the main menu.
- Click "Settings" (upper left corner)
- Choose "Enterprise"
- Select "Usage Upload"
- Choose the type of upload from the drop-down (invoices, inventory, etc.)
- View any failed items.
- Highlight
- Click "Upload"
- If the error persists, contact support.
