OC Enterprise
Can I require approval for store level changes?
It is recommended that all new items and recipes be added from the OC Enterprise website, and then sent down to stores using the Recipe Set Manager. In some instances, you may give permissions to store level users of OC Pro to add new items and recipes. These recipes will come up to the OC Enterprise website.
You can choose whether to automatically add the items to your database (which would in turn make it available to other stores) or require approval before adding the new information to the Enterprise database.
This setting is found in your Preferences.
