How do I review or change users?
How to Review or Change Users:
- Select "Utility" from the menu bar located at the top of the page.
- Select "Users"
- All existing users will be displayed on the left-hand side. There will be links to either "Edit" or "Delete" an existing user.
- In the search box, type a few letters of the user you wish to view and click the magnifying glass icon located to the right of the search box.
- If you wish to filter the results, click the filter icon to the right of the magnifying glass. This will allow you to filter based on Status (All, Active, or Inactive), or Access Level (options displayed will depend on the access level currently active).
NOTE: If you wish to include multiple access levels in your filter, click the box with the three dots located to the right of the dropdown, click the ones you want, and click the OK button located in the bottom of that window.
