How do I use the Synchronize Data utility?
This utility helps identify recipe issues. Synchronize Data will not only sync the costs if necessary, but also analyze if any Units of Measure (UOM) or Items need addressing.
To Synchronize Data:
- Click "Settings" (upper left corner)
- Select "Utilities"
- Select "Synchronize Data"
- Click "Synchronize" to show analytics or errors in recipe and item entry.
- Any errors will be displayed in the window. Double click on items, preps, or products within the list to make corrections. Most errors are conversion errors where default conversions in the system do not line up with the units (case-size) amounts.
