Prep Recipe Detail
The Prep Recipe Detail report is a condensed version for the recipe book. This report will assist you in reviewing the recipes without the pictures or instructions. The report will display the cost of each recipe with the cost and amount of each ingredient along with the batch yield.
| Header | Detail |
| Ingredient | This will list the recipe along with the ingredients that create the prep. |
| Amount | The amount of the ingredient that goes into the prep. |
| Batch Cost | This will list the cost of each individual ingredient and then the total cost of the prep recipe. |
| Portion Cost | The cost for 1 portion is based on 1 batch yield unit. |
| Recipe Unit Cost | The cost per recipe per unit. |
| Batch Yield | How much the prep recipe produces. |
