Product Cost Over Time
The Product Cost Over Time report will let you see how a recipe's cost has changed over a date range that you have selected. The report will compare the first time a product was sold against the last time the product was sold within the selected date range.
Header | Detail |
Product | Name of the product that is being reported. |
Oldest Date | The first time the product was sold in the selected date range of the report. |
Cost | The cost of the recipe. |
% to Price | This is calculated by the Cost / Product Sale amount. |
Newest Date | The newest date of sales for the product within the selected date range. |
% Change | The percentage change in cost between the old and new cost. |
