Theoretical Prep Usage
The Theoretical Prep Usage report will let you know ideally what would have been used for your preps based on the sales and events that have been entered. This will be helpful if you need to know what should have been used at a glance and can help you with the day to day prepping of your recipes.
| Header | Detail |
| Item Description | The preps that are being reported on. |
| Unit | The reporting unit of the prep. |
| Per Day | The average amount used per day. Total days of the report range / total used. |
| Per $1000 |
This is the quantity used per $1000. Per $1000 = (Stock Quantity / Total Sales) x 1000 |
| Total Used | The total amount used in the selected date range. |
| Avg Unit Cost | The average cost of the unit during the time of extraction of the sales. |
| Total Cost | Total cost of the total amount used. |
